Abstract
The purpose of this study are: 1) Determine the influence of stressors on employee stress operational divisions (frontliners) in the office of the Bank Sinarmas, Tbk Malang. 2) Knowing the causes of stress for employees operating divisions. 3) Examine the impact of employee stress operational divisions. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales of analysis and multiple linear regression. Stressor on employees operating divisions (frontliners) which includes stressors on the job and off the job stressors in the category of very low. Stress employees operating divisions in the low category. The results of multiple linear regression analysis can be seen that there is the influence of stressors on the job and off the job to stress employee operating divisions. Suggestions can be submitted is expected that management is always trying to make the management of work stress in employees, assign work in accordance with established procedures that stress can trigger labor happens improving employees' performance and high working discipline to employees.
