A study on the provision of the Animal Feed Probiotics Migrosupplement on survival and activity phagocytic of vannamei shrimp (Litopneaeus vannamei) infected by Vibrio sp aims to determine the effect of probiotics in feed migrosuplement on the survival and phagocytic activity of vannamei shrimp (Litopenoeus vannamei) and to find out the phagocytic activity in hemolimph vannamei shrimp after infection by Vibrio harveyi. This research was conducted at the Technical Implementation Unit Brackish Water Aquaculture Development Bangil Pasuruan, East Java on March 5, 2010 to 5 April 2010. The material was vannamei shrimp with sizes 120 and 10 cm of body length and about 150 samples of shrimps and probiotics migrosuplement hemolymphs. The research method used was based on experiment with completely randomized design, and the analysis done by variance analysis. The treatment consisted of five treatments, such as 0 ml / kg of feed, 1.5 ml / kg feed, 3 ml / kg of feed, 4.5 ml / kg of feed, 6 ml / kg of feed in which each treatment repeated 3 times. The main parameters used were viability and phagocytic activity of hemolymph shrimp. Water quality supported the maintenance of media. Results showed that dose of probiotic in feed migrosuplement survival significantly different from that shown by the calculated F value > F table value of 5%, but had no significant difference in phagocytic activity. Dose that gives the the best survival on vannamei shrimp was obtained by treatment E with a dose of 6 ml / kg of feed and the survival rate of 96.67%, which gives the highest phagocytic activity in treatment C, 4.33% .. Water quality during the study was still within the range of feasible, which was the average water temperature 29 - 32oC, 7:53 0 pH 7.6, salinity 5.1 - 6.5 ppt, DO between 7.0 - 3.7 mg / l. Might be concluded from the result that administration of probiotic in feed migrosuplement had a very significant effect on the balance of vannamei shrimp survival at dose of 6 ml / kg of feed with a SR of 96.67% and by giving probiotic on feed migrosuplement had no real influence on the phagocytic activity of treatment C (3ml/kg feed) 4.33%. Further investigation needed to deliver migrosuplement feed probiotics on the activity levels of phagocytosis with larger doses, as well as research about the provision of probiotic migrosuplement in an aqueous medium.
