Abstract

The Influence of Production Competancy Towards EmployeesÂ’ Performance at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Karangploso Malang. (Cut Mutia Kutanggas, Dra. Uci Yuliati, MM and Dra. Siti Nurhasanah, M.Si). This study was aimed to know the employeesÂ’ competancy, to know the result of the production competancy of the employees and to know whether the competancy significantly influenced employeesÂ’ performance at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Karangploso Malang. The analysis method used to know the production competancy of the employees and to know the range of employeesÂ’ performance were rating scale, while to find the influence of competancy on the employeeÂ’sperformance used simple linear regression analysis model and test the hypothesis t. The result showed that the competancy processrange of the scale was in high level category or good condition. This was evidenced by the average scale score range of 215. The employeesÂ’ performanceincluded in hight level category, which can be evidenced by an average score of the scale range at 216. The results of simple linear regression analysis with the t test was that there is a significant influence on the performance of competancy between employees. It could be proven the value of t calculated> from the t table (12,017>0,244).
