Abstract

This study is a survey titled "The Influence Of Stressors Against Employee Performance With Job Stress As An Intervening Variable In PR Djagung Prima Malang" . The purpose of this study was to determine the level of stressors, job stress, performance and the influence of each variable stressors, job stress and employee performance PR Djagung Prima Malang. While the hypothesis in this study are: 1) Presumably there were significant effects of stressors on employee stress PR Djagung Prima Malang, 2) Presumably there is a significant influence between job stress on employee performance PR Djagung Prima Malang, 3) alleged that there were significant effects of stress on employee performance PR Djagung PrimaMalang. The analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis with SPSS so that it can be seen the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Hypothesis test used was the F test, T test used to test the effect of variables simultaneously. Based on the results of the research conclusions stressor variables known to significantly influence the stress as indicated by the value of FCalculate 10.665> Ftable value of 4.17, the work stress variables significantly influence the performance of the value of F Calculate 11.196 > F table value of 4.17 and have a significant stressor the performance of employees with a value of F Calculate 8.269 > F value of Table 4.17. Conclusions of the study is expected to increase monitoring of the company's operations so that employees work a variety of stressors can be minimized from the outset, to evaluate employee performance on a periodic basis so that companies and employees can determine the extent of its performance and then give the resulting appreciation of the performance of employees, for example, the best emplosyee awards in each period so as to motivate employees to further improve performance.
