Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the job satisfaction, to the employee loyality and to analyze the significance of the effect of job satisfaction to employee loyality in Arthawenasakti Gemilang Malang company. The analysis tool that is used to determine job satisfaction and to determine the high and low the loyality is a range scale. While to find the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyality used simple liniear regression analysis model. The result of range scale showed that the job satisfaction is high category. This is evidenced by the average scale score range of 105. The employee loyality was high category, which can be evidenced by an average score of the range scale of 107. Simple linear regression results with the ttest is that there is a significant influence beetween job satisfaction of employee loyality. Which used in this research, is primary data by using questioner and data of secondary in the form of data of amount of organization chart and employees. Sample which taken in this research is 38 employees of Arthawenasakti Gemilang company. Data analysis use simple linear regression. Pursuant to result of this research can be concluded that satisfaction of job have an effect on positive to employees loyalties. This matter is shown with value of r=0.981 with value of significance=0.000. Value (r2)=0.990 indicate that excelsior job satisfaction of employees hence excelsior also employees loyaltiy. On the contrary, progressively lower job satisfaction of employees hence progressively lower also employees loyalty equal to 99,0% while the rest 1% influenced by factors which do not research.
