Abstract

The influence The process of Communication Against the Performance Employees are Sections Production At the PT. Dioma Malang. (Ita Kurniawati, Dra. Aniek Rumijati, MM, Dra. Titiek Ambarwati, MM). The purpose of this study was to determine the communication process that occurs, to determine the employee's performance and to determine whether the communication processes significantly influence the performance of employees in PT.Dioma Malang. Analysis tools used to determine the communication process that occurs and to determine the level of employee performance is the analysis of scale range, while to find the influence of communication on the performance of employees used multiple linear regression model analysis with hypothesis testing and hypothesis testing F and testing T.The analysis shows that the scale range of communication processes that occur are included in either category. Employee performance in the category of very high. Based on the conclusion of the study, it is proposed some suggestions PT.Dioma Malang is expected to keep the communication that already exist in the company so far, it is because so far the communication conditions of the employees included in either category. What needs to be done and implemented in the agency is to strengthen the friendship relations between employees and management so as not to miss the communication arises. Party agencies providing credit for the work that has been achieved by the employees, so employees will be more eager to work.
