Abstract

This research to know influences retail mix is consist of place, product, value, people and communication to satisfaction shops at Indomaret and to know dominant variable influence form variable place, product, value, people and communication to satisfaction of consumer shops at Indomaret. Research data aplies primary data in the form of questionnaire is containing questions realtes to place, product, value, people and communication to satisfaction of consumer. The data do analyzed to apply doubled linear regression analysis. Result of calculation showing retail mix that consist variable place, product, value, officer and communications, influential signification in simulant and partial to consumer satisfaction Indomaret. Between variable retail mix which consist variable of place, product, value, officer and communications, variable that is very influential is product variable. Based on above conclusion, hence suggestion given is remembers most Indonesia consumer sensitive to price, in consequence Indomaret to depress price with breaking long distributor channel causig minimization expense and finally the price of becoming equal to competitor. Brochure full color contains information of product and price does not influence buyer because buyer also will get good broshure from other competitor. Indomaret expected able to give attention and does analysis to the other factor can designed a marketing causing can increase customer satisfaction. In this case, implementation can be doing by adding appearance stand without lessening standard determined, by adding designed touch or accessories matching with local culture so that when customer come feels balmy. Remembers existence of emulation that is enough is height, Indomaret shall increase service level together with the side of customer.
