Abstract

The type of the research is Survey research. This research conducted at PD BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan with the title “The Influence of Work Motivation On The Career Development of Employees in The PD BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan”. The purpose of this study was to determine the Work Motivation of Employees, The Career Development of Employees and the influence of work motivation on The Career Development of Employees and the final purpose of this study was to determine which variable of motivation, existence need, related need, growth need that has the most influence the variable in The PD BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan. The analysis tools are range of scales and multiple linear regression and the hypothesis test use T test and F test. The result of the analysis of the range of scales work motivation are existence need (X1) 136 is in the very high category, related need (X2) 142 is in the very high category, growth need 144,6 is in the very high category. The career development 130 is in the good category. For the F test results obtained value F amounted to 2,663> F value 2.021 so that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted meaning variable of motivation, existence need, related need, growth need simultanly has significantly influence to career development of employees and partially The Influence of Work Motivation On The Career Development of Employees with the variable of motivation, existence need, related need, growth need wasn’t significant, but the variable growth need has the strongest influence.
