Abstract

This research is applied research titled "Application of Systems Analysis Services Reporting To Drop Box SPT At Tax Office (KPP) Madya Malang". The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the probability of the system (Po), the number of subscribers in the system (Ls), waiting time in the system (Was), the number of customers in queue (LQ), the average waiting time in queue (WQ). In this research analysis, queuing model Multichannel - Single Phase, ie, two or more service facilities flown by a single queue. Research was conducted on the Tax Office (KPP) Madya Malang, that the operational area covers up to Banyuwangi, Malang. In his job, KPP Madya Malang serve reporting for the Business Entity Tax Return. But with the drop box system, KPP Madya Malang individuals can receive tax returns from anywhere and everywhere. The results of this study with the model Multichannel - Single Phase note that in March, consisting of time empty with an average of 147 returns reporting, time is an average of 382 returns reporting, time crowded with an average of 684 returns reporting. From the time the division is known that at that time deserted, the number of taxpayers waiting in the queue (LQ) 0 people, the average time taxpayers wait in the queue (WQ) 0 minutes / 5 hours, the number of taxpayers waiting in the system (Ls) 0 people, the average time waiting for the tax payers in the system (Was) 0.6 minutes / 5 hours. For the time being the number of taxpayers who wait in the queue (LQ) 0 people, the average time taxpayers wait in the queue (WQ) 0 minutes / 5 hours, the number of taxpayers waiting in the system (Ls) a taxpayer, the average time average wait for taxpayers in the system (Was) 0.6 minutes / 5 hours. While for the time crowded the number of taxpayers who wait in the queue (LQ) 0 people, the average time taxpayers wait in the queue (WQ) 0.06 minutes / 5 hours, the number of taxpayers waiting in the system (Ls) a person, time average wait for taxpayers in the system (Was) 0.84 minutes / 5 hours.
