Abstract

This type of research study survey. The research was conducted at PT PLN APJ Malang and the title is "The Influence of Organizational Culture Characteristics Of Employee Performance At PT PLN APJ Malang". The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristic features that include organizational culture of innovation and risk-taking, attention to details, the outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability, the performance of employees in PT. PLN APJ quisioner Malang by distributing to the employees of the company. Data collection techniques used in the questionnaire, and observation. Analysis tool used is a simple linear regression. Based on the results of simple regression analysis showed that the characteristics of organizational culture affect the performance of PT PLN APJ Malang. This can be seen from the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that the characteristics of organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT PLN APJ Malang. Hypothesis test calculations obtained t count bigger than t table which means that the characteristics of organizational culture influence the performance of employees in PT PLN APJ Malang. The study was supported by previous research which states that there are significant effect between the characteristics of organizational culture on employee performance. From these results it is suggested that the company can continue to strengthen the organizational culture that is in the company of PT. PLN APJ Malang, the cultural characteristics of this organization which will form the distinctive character of the work culture of employees and will be able to increase the maximum performance in the future. Further improve the performance of employees means the company also raised its performance to be even better.
