Abstract

This research represent type research of survey with the title "Influence Ability and motivation To Employees Performance Production Division of Sanitary Company UD Pendowo Malang". The purpose of this study was to know the provision of fabilityl and motivation to the employees of the production department, to know the employee performance of the production department, to know the ability and motivation a significant effect on employee performance of the production department and to know the variable ability is most powerful influence on employee performance of the production department. Based on the analysis of scale ranges for financial ability variable (X1) that is equal to 92,9 and motivation (X2) equal to 106,2 which indicates that the ability granted to employees included in the category of very high althougt a lot of category low while the motivation granted to employees included in either category. Scale analysis results for the performance variable that is equal to 112that indicates that the performance of the marketing department employees included in the high category. The result of multiple linear regression with independent variables namely ability (X1) and motivation (X2), and dependent variable is performance (Y) obtained a regression equation Y = -0,965 + 0,280X1 + 0,132X2 with R2 value of 0,624. Based on F test analysis results obtained value of 27,352 Fcount> Ftable value of 3,28 so that Ho refused and Ha is received, which means that the variable ability and motivation significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of t test analysis for the influence of ability to the performance obtained value of 5,725 Tcount > Ttable amounted to 2,021. For the influence of motivation to the performance obtained by calculating the value of 2,227 T count> T table of 2,021.
