Abstract
This watchfulness aim is that is to detects organization culture characteristics, employee work productivity in pt. eratex djaja probolinggo, to detect organization culture characteristics influence that consist of innovation and risking, attention towards detail, result orientation, team orientation towards employee work productivity in PT. Eratex Djaja Probolinggo and to detect influence organization culture characteristics strongest that has biggest influence towards employee work productivity in pt. eratex djaja probolinggo. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and doubled linear regression. based on scale distance analysis result knowable that organization culture characteristics in pt. eratex djaja probolinggo enter in strong category, that is enter in distance 220-285. employee work productivity in pt. eratex djaja probolinggo enter in category very tall that is with value 286 that enter in distance 286-351, the result prove that employee work result total always as according to target at specify to company, product quality that produced employee always as according to standard at specify to company and can finish job as according to standart time that given. test result f knowable that organization culture characteristics variable that cover innovation and risking, attention towards detail, result orientation, individual orientation, team orientation, aggresiveness and steadiness according to together has influence significant towards employee work productivity in employee pt. eratex djaja. the mentioned provable that value fhitung bigger than value ftabel (31,110>2,800). while in the case of influence magnitude each variable as a whole visible from regression coefficient each, based on comparison result so knowable that attention towards detail has larger ones influence towards employee work productivity in pt. eratex djaja probolinggo.
