Abstract

Background:Chronic renal failure is a progressive renal dysfunction and irreversible failure where the body's ability to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremi. In kidney failure occurs elevated levels of urea and creatine. Nutrition low protein diet is given in renal failure aims to maintain nutritional intake, reduced levels of urea and creatine. Objective: To identify nutrition on the client with CKD, identifying the provision of low protein diet, mengevaluai of nutrition on CKD clients with low-protein. Methods: In preparing this paper, the author uses descriptive method in the form of case studies. Results: The client can meet the nutrient as it should, the client can receive by eating a diet low in protein, low-protein diet can reduce levels of urea and creatine. Conclusion: Researchers gave support to eat a diet low in protein. Suggestion: It is expected for the client to keep the intake of food in everyday consumption.
