Abstract

Purpose of this research to know motivation of job which consist of motivation of requirement of physiology, motivation of requirement of security and safety, motivation of social need, motivation of requirement of appreciation and motivation of requirement of self-actualization of officer, officer performance, motivation influence of officer job to officer performance. Besides, to know motivation variable of job having dominant influence to officer performance on duty co-operation of middle small business, industry and commerce Kota Batu. This research usefulness especially for company that is expected able to be made as component of suggestion and consideration in anticipating problem faced by institution if unfavorable officer performance or declines. Result of knowable analysis that motivation of job in categorizing height and officer performance in categorizing height. Motivation of officer job has significant influence to officer performance on duty co-operation of middle small business, industry and commerce of stone town and motivation of requirement would of physiology influential dominance to officer performance on duty co-operation of middle small business, industry and commerce of stone town. Suggestion which can be submitted in this research, expected institution always pays attention to level of prosperity of the officers, causing can fulfill all physiological requirement which is principal requirement or which most basic. Head of institution need to receive existence of the officers as member of working team, does interaction of good job and creates the relation of harmonious job and on duty is expected gives opportunity to the employees to get service to ability expansion facility owned. That is by giving opportunity to all officers to increase diklat or training executed by on duty.
