Abstract

Who do this kind of research is survey research, where researchers conduct research on the CV. Darmo Factory Outlet located Malang Street in Sutoyo 17 Malang with the title "The Influence of Leadership Style Of Employee Performance (Studies in Malang Darmo Factory Outlet)". The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style and employee performance on the CV. Darmo Factory Outlet Malang and to determine the influence of situational leadership style on the performance of employees on the CV. Darmo Factory Outlet Malang. Usefulness of research to be achieved, especially for a company is a positive feedback for leaders to establish an appropriate leadership style to be applied to the Factory Outlet Darmo Malang. From the analysis it is known that the leadership style that includes task behavior, relationship behavior, maturity and psychological maturity to work together to have a significant influence on employee performance CV. The suggestions in this research that corporate leaders are expected to maintain a combination of task-oriented leadership style, relationships, work maturity and psychological maturity as shown to improve company performance. Leaders continue to maintain and create an atmosphere that can help create strong morale in employees. Leaders should always be able to provide direction and oversee the implementation of a clear duty in accord with the target time period, leaders need to maintain an attitude and leadership style that supports the achievement of corporate goals, as head of the figure and role model for employee so that decisions and wise will also affect the performance of employee.
