Abstract
Diuretik represent mention for drug able to speed up forming of urine. Diuresis have two congeniality, first that is: showing the existence of addition of volume of urine which in production, both amount of expenditure of dissolve vitamins water. The Drug in wearing for diuretik in this research is Ambon banana ( Musa Sapientum) pregnant of high potassium and anticipated can be used as fluently irrigate urine. This research aim to know influence of ambon banana juice (Musa Sapientum) to white mouse diuresis (Norvegicus Rattus). this Type Research is true-experiment, parameter that used is volume of urine mouse. The population in this research is masculine mouse. Used sample counted 25 tail, divided to the 5 treatment which consist of 5 restating. Device attempt of The Post Test Only Control Group Design. Result of research indicate that, Ambon banana juice (Musa Sapientum) having an effect on to mouse diuresis. most effective treatment to mouse diuresis at dose 6ml.
