Abstract

This research is a survey with the title " Analisis Perbedaan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Sebelum dan Sesudah Diadakan Pelatihan di Perum Perhutani KKPH Pasuruan. " The purpose of this study was to determine employees' performance, find training, and employee performance differences before and after undergoing training in Perum Perhutani KKPH Pasuruan. While this hypothesis is: there are allegedly employees' performance differences Perhutani KKPH held Pasuruan before training and after training was held. The analytical tool used to determine how employees' performance and training is by using the Scale Range. To find out whether there are differences in work performance before and after training, using a test with T-Test. From the results of the analysis conducted can be found employees' performance Perhutani KKPH Pasuruan high category, it?s showed with an average score of the scale range of 201.375. Education and Training employees Perum Perhutani KKPH Pasuruan enter either category, it?s showed with an average range of 200 scale. There was a significant difference in employees' performance before training and after training, it can be proven with significance values less than 0.05 that is equal to 0.010. And employees' performance after training at 83.6725 increased compared with before the training that is equal to 82.7335, or an increase that occurred at 1.1349%. Based on the conclusion, the authors hope the company gives a moral responsibility to employees for the training can be conducted properly in accordance with established procedures.
