margin of Murabahah of vital importance in banking of Moslem law. Growth of banking of Moslem law not miss from growth of products banking of itself Moslem law. In developing its product banking of Moslem law claimed to always to relate at Al-Qur’An and of Hadist. Defrayal of murabahah represent defrayal product in banking of most dominant Moslem law. In its execution, defrayal of murabahah getting many criticism, especially in the case of stipulating of profit margin. This matter because of product defrayal of murabahah represent product which loo like with product defrayal of flat bloomy credit at conventional bank. In this research writer try to see factors any kind of having an effect on to determination of[is level of margin of murabahah. Analysis method the used factor analysis and indicator the checked fund of cost, expense of overhead, and cost risk. From result of statistical analysis pursuant to case study of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah period of Februari 2005 up to December 2007, obtained conclusion that factor of cost fund of have an effect on signifikan to margin of murabahah factor and of cost fund of represent factor having an effect on dominant to margin of murabahah at PT. BTN Moslem law. In this research, factor of risk cost not be used as variable because PT BTN Moslem law specify value of risk constant cost of period to period, so that cannot be analysed.
