Abstract

Watchfulness aim that done that is to detect employee career development, work satisfaction and employee performance in PT. Greenfields Indonesia. to detect influential career development according to significant towards employee work satisfaction PT. Greenfields Indonesia, to detect influential career development strongest towards employee work satisfaction at PT. Greenfields Indonesia and to detect influential work satisfaction significant towards performance employees PT. Greenfields Indonesia. Analysis result knowable that employee career development in PT. Greenfields Indonesia enters in good category and work satisfaction and performance employees PT. Greenfields Indonesia enters in tall category. career development that cover career planning and influential career management significant towards employee work satisfaction PT. Greenfields Indonesia. has larger ones influence is compared career planning towards work satisfaction employees PT. Greenfields Indonesia. Influential work work satisfaction significant towards performance employees PT. Greenfields Indonesia. Suggestion that can be submitted in this watchfulness that is always cope to support career development that be done by official. Supposed company management side does function rotation with give freedom and facilities in beraktivitas to employees on the chance of can work according to maximal at company and to increase side supposed employee work satisfaction companies to pay attention to hit career problem officials. Keyword: The need of employees improving their carier of influences to company, carrier management is to plan employess carrier and their expectation carrier development can motivate all emplyoyess to optimally.
