Abstract

This study aims to determine the factor that are considered by customers choose Insurance Scholarship and find out which factors into consideration that most customers choose the Insurance Scholarship Page AJB Bumiputera 1912 Malang Dieng. Analysis using factor analysis. Theresults showed that the results of factor analysis in mind there are 3 factors that Affect Decision Scholarship Selection of Life Insurance Products Together Bumiputera 1912 Malang namely Factor 1, that is social and family factors that consists of improvement of social status, influence of family, life style and age considerations. Factor 2 is composed of Psychological and Professions profession Influence Friends, Hope, Motivation and Desire indicated prestige. 3, individuals and the process comprising either a bad view, type of employment status. The total variance explained indicates that Factor 1, which consists Improved social status, family influence, Lifestyle, considerations of age are factors that most influence the decision Scholarship Selection of Life Insurance Products Together Bumiputera 1912 Malang. Based on the research, the advice can begiven is: should together Bumiputera 1912 Malang maintain relationships with policy holders, isessentially a formal relationship that is familial long term. Therefore, to strengthen good relations between the company and policy holders as well as among policy holders need to be held periodic meetings. For further research, hope to review the decisions of consumers in the Product Life Insurance Joint Scholarship Bumiputera 1912 Malang, not based on social factors, personal and psychological, but also from other factors that support such as marketing mix, culture and administration of claim payments.
