Abstract

This research is a case study on PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Stasiun Malang Kotabaru, titled "Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Operasional Awak KA PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Stasiun Malang Kotabaru" The purpose of this study is to determine the financial compensation and the performance Employees of operational Awak KA, and to know the significant impact and the dominant influence of financial compensation to the performance of operational Awak KA PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Stasiun Kotabaru Malang. The analytical tool used to find out how the financial compensation and employee performance is by using the Scale Range. To determine if financial compensation influence employee performance, using multiple regression analysis. Using the test with F test and t test. From the results of the analysis conducted to know the compensation given PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Stasiun Malang Kotabaru it?s not good, indicated by an average score of the scale range of direct financial compensation that is equal to 123.4 and indirect financial compensation that is equal to 132.5. Employee performance of operational Awak KA PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Stasiun Kotabaru Malang low, as indicated by an average of 120.33 scale range. Direct financial compensation and financial compensation indirect significant effect on employee performance of the operational Awak KA PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Stasiun Kotabaru Malang. This is evidenced by Fcount> Ftable (49.836> 3.175). Indirect financial compensation variables have a stronger influence on the performance of employees of operational Awak KA PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Stasiun Kotabaru Malang, based on a comparison of regression coefficients for direct financial compensation amounting to 0.342, while for indirect financial compensation amounting to 0.559.
