Abstract

Communication that at company also related directly with satisfaction keryawan. the mentioned caused by work satisfaction employees has been success supplementary factor has companied in achieve aim that appointed. to creat employee work satisfaction so need fluent communication and effective. Fluent communication opened communication where information flows free from on down or on the contrary. when does communication in organization walk well, so will not happen miskomunikasi and mempelancar work activity in will company. This watchfulness aim is that is first, to detect employee communication that in pt. hansa pratama sidoarjo. second, to detect employee work satisfaction level in PT. Hansa Pratama Sidoarjoand third, to detect to what influential communication significant towards employee work satisfaction in pt. hansa pratama sidoarjo. analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance analysis and doubled linear regression. Communication variable scale distance analysis result in PT. Hansa Pratama Sidoarjoobtainable result as big as 152 that enter in category very good. employee work satisfaction in PT. Hansa Pratama Sidoarjoenter in category very tall, the mentioned is proved with kerage value variable that is as big as 152. based on test result f knowable that influential communication significant towards employee work satisfaction in PT. Hansa Pratama Sidoarjo. the result provable with value fhitung > ftabel (99,515>4,057). Suggestion that can be submitted in this watchfulness that is in effort to maximise benefit from communication should leadership company supposed be done simply with menguna easy language memengerti so that in employee can get well on task and tangung answer that must be done. supposed leadership to increase ability in gives information/ the opinion in give message or information either through also article to employee on the chance of employees can carry out task according to maximal.
