Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the organizational climate variables have a significant influence on employees' performance and to identify organizational climate variables that have a strong influence on job performance. Based on the formulation of the problem, the basis of previous research, and basic theory put forward, hipootesis formulated as follows: expected variable of organizational climate, leadership, motivation, communication, interaction, decision making, goal setting, and control significant effect on employee performance fixed unit of milk production facilities in the SAE Cooperative Pujon; and alleged that the communication variable is a variable strongly affected the employees' performance remained the unit of milk production facilities in the SAE Cooperative Pujon Based on result of calculation of F test, can be taken by conclusion that simultaneously is seventh of organizational climate variables significant effect on permanent employees' performance. Beside on test of T can be taken by conclusion that partially is seventh of organizational climate variables significant effect on permanent employees' performance. From multiple linear regression analysis with the F hypothesis test and T test, showed that organizational climate variables which consist of leadership, motivation, communication, interaction, decision making, goal setting, and control significant effect on permanent employees' performance the unit of milk production facilities in SAE Cooperative Pujon. While the variables that influence more strongly to job performance of employees is communication. Suggestions put forward in this research is that is expected cooperative to maintain the organizational climate that supports employee performance. Real business that can be done by increasing the motivation of employees, interaction, maintaining communications that occurred during this and set goals, vision and mission of the cooperative is required for employees to know clearly the future direction and purpose cooperative.
