Abstract

Watchfulness kind that done this descriptive watchfulness by using research method, with title "Analyze work motivation difference and employee work satisfaction outsourcing that laided at university muhammadiyah Malang". This watchfulness aim first, to detect work motivation in employee outsourcing in university muhammadiyah Malang. second, to detect work satisfaction in employee outsourcing in University Muhammadiyah Malang and third, to detect found work motivation difference and employee work satisfaction outsourcing from limited partnership. Rozidar and limited partnership. megakarya that laided at University Muhammadiyah Malang. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and analysis chi-square. Based on scale distance average calculation result is that motivation factor enters in good category and that mean that employee work satisfaction outsourcing that laided at university muhammadiyah Malang enter in tall category. based on analysis result chi-square knowable that not found difference significant between work motivation and work satisfaction in employee outsourcing limited partnership. rozidar in university muhammadiyah Malang, the mentioned caused by value significant. while for employee outsourcing limited partnership. Megakarya in university muhammadiyah Malang show difference existence significant. Based on conclusion result from watchfulness result, so submitted several suggestions that is supposed company management side to always gives support on effort to meninkat work motivation employees. supposed leadership companies always give acknowledgement on success or performance that achieved employees that is with give good appreciation shaped financial and non financial. pass effort so by itself more motivated employees to works according to maximal at company.
