Abstract

This type of research is descriptive-correlational study, titled "The Influence of Characteristics of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in CV. Lana Graphia Jakarta. " The purpose of this study is to elucidate the characteristics of organizational culture and employee performance CV. Lana Graphia Jakarta, to identify the influence of both these variables and to determine the variable characteristics of the organizational culture of the most powerful influence on employee performance CV. Lana Graphia Jakarta. The analytical tool used in this research are the scale ranges and multiple linear regression with F test and t test, F test results obtained Fcount value of 30,189, while Ftable at 5% significance level shows the value of 2,29, shows that the seven variables of characteristics organizational culture affect employee performance in CV. Lana Graphia Jakarta. Based on the results of statistical tests in the company, is known that characteristics of organizational culture is a factor that determines the performance of employees, where the multiple R (multiple correlation) for 0940 and have influence with the coefficient of determination means the 0883 contribution of 88.3% effect, while the remaining 11.07% influenced by other factors. The results indicate that the variable coefficient calculation results orientation has the strongest effect compared to other characteristic variables of organizational culture that is equal to 29.7% on employee performance in CV. Lana Graphia Jakarta Suggestions for CV. Lana Graphia company should need to improve the performance of which has been achieved by applying the characteristics of a better organizational culture, establish a more harmonious working relatioship between leaders and subordinates, creating a dynamic work environment that aims to provide a work atmosphere that supports the creation of productivity.
