Abstract

This research is a survey titled "The Influence Of Training And Development Employee Performance Production Department at PT. Pamolite Probolinggo Adhesive Industry. " The purpose of this study was to determine training and development programs, to determine the performance of the production employees, to determine the significant influence of training and development of employee performance and production department to find out where the most influential variables on the performance of the production employees at PT. Adhesive Industry Pamolite Probolinggo. The population in this study were all employees of the production of PT. Pamolite Probolinggo Adhesive Industry accounted for 36 people. The sample in this study using the technique of sampling the population. The analytical tool used in this research is the range of scales and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis test used is the F test and t test Scale analysis results showed the training had an average total score of 106 which is in good appraisal and development has a total average score of 113 who are on a good assessment of the performance scale, while for the range has a total average score of 102 which is at a high valuation. Then it can be concluded that, on average total free variables and variables bound to the PT.Adhesive Industry Pamolite Probolinggo are at either high rating.Effect of training and development of performance shown by the calculated F value of 23.307 so that simultaneous training and development variables have a significant effect on the performance of the production employees. The partial development of a t value 5.306 which indicates that the development of a positive effect on performance. Based on the results of multiple linear regression can be seen that the largest regression coefficient value is owned by the variable development of 0.558 so that it can be concluded that the dominant independent variables that affect the performance of employees is the variable development.
