Abstract

This research is carried on PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Malanh by the title “Collectability Gegree and Payment Solution Complicated of Micro Exertion of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Malang”. This research is purpose in order to know about the prosedur and collectability degree as a payment of micro exertion of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Malang and in order to know how to completed the trouble payment. First step the writer must to do is determine the problem background and formulate it. Technique data analysis that the writer use is qualitative descriptive. Trough documentation by looking some documents on the object research which is used in order to catch secondary data and interviewing ask question directly with the person involved and with the surface they are verified is exertion micro payment part. The conclusion which is catch from the research result that the procedure of payment the exertion micro wich is applied by PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Malang and requirement which is activated is already appropriate with the provisions that is supposed to be applied. Giving payment facility by PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Malang is having troubeling payment some problems could be from the collectabilyti degree are : collectabilyti 1 (worked), collectabilyti 2 (special attention), collectabilyti 3 (workedless), collectabilyti 4 (doubted), collectabilyti 5 (occlusion). Raising arrears happens with payback average in turn of the new yers. Effort solution is gift by PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Malang to solve the payment problems by activeted 50% cash collection, 25% restructure or PK, 20% giving commemoration letter, 2.5% right auction guarantee and 2.5% assurance sales voluntarily. Base on the research we know that giving payment facility by PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Malang having problems too and bank has to pay attention more carefull and more axplicity in order to handling the solution of trobeling payment.
