Abstract

Research for this final study was conducted by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and liquidity Tributary see the development of the company over the years is the way menbandingkan report Liquidity Ratio Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Cash Ratio (CR), and Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR). Through sound liquidity management, banks can provide confidence to depositors that they can withdraw their funds at any time or at maturity. To determine the level of liquidity and can make policies to improve or increase the level of liquidity, the liquidity critical analysis done by the bank. Based on the above, the researcher is interested in taking the title of "MEASUREMENT OF LIQUIDITY IN THE BANK INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk AND SUBSIDIARIES YEAR 2010-2012" To measure the level of bank liquidity is indicated by the ratio of liquidity Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Cash Ratio (CR), and Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and Tributary. From the calculation of the three is Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Cash Ratio (CR), and Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) can be seen that the level of liquidity conditions at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is healthy enough liquidity. This can be seen in the calculation of the ratio is three to Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Cash Ratio (CR), and Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) in this case can be concluded that PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk does not have weaknesses in the obligation to pay promptly paid. On Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) showed rising trend but at the liquidity ratios of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is still safe because the value of Non-Performing Loan (NPL) very good state that the decreasing number of non-performing loans at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero ) Tbk and it has been argued that the safe limit of LDR is about 80%. When viewed from the Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in 2010, 2011, and 2012, the liquidity shown up and down. Asset Loan to Value Ratio (LAR) is safe at levels of bank liquidity.
