Abstract

Research for final assignment is done in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Support Branch Of UMM titled “Strategi Pemasaran Yang Efektif Untuk Tabungan Taplus Muda pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Support Branch of UMM.” The research purpose is to know the opening procedure of BNI Taplus Muda, to know the strenght, weakness, opportunities and threat analysis BNI Taplus Muda and also to know the implementation of an effectife marketing strategies BNI Taplus Muda to develop customers amount in PT. Bank Negara indonesia (Persero), Tbk Support Branch of UMM. Technique of collecting data is done via interview and documentation. Data collected for an analysis is primary and secondary data. The analysis data used is qualitative descriptive data by describing and explaining research result consisted of explanation and also using SWOT (strenght, weaknees, opportunities, and threat) analysis to find out the the strenght, weakness, opportunities and threat in product marketing. The result of data analysis about BNI Taplus Muda marketing strategy in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Support Branch of UMM explained that marketing strategy is done to improve customer amount is has been effective because the marketing strategy done by brochures, banners, talk show, direct approach by customer, cooperation with the institutions (school and universities), social media (Facebook and twitter), and also being a sponsor in activity that is performed by the institutions (school and universities). Evaluation via SWOT analysis shows the weaknees is market share had only intended for students that had smaller funds, while the oportunity were still a little the bank that issued the product savings of the same kind and also confidence from society.
