Abstract

The final study is to use a study on PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk KLN UMM Malang with the title Against Customer Satisfaction Rate SMS Services Banking atPT. BNI (Persero) Tbk KLN UMM Malang. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer satisfaction for SMS Banking service, what determines the strengths and weaknesses of BNI SMS Banking, and also to determine customer perceptions of service users BNI SMS Banking. Location Research is PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk KLNUMM Malang Tlogomas Road Number 246 Malang. The results of the data that the level of customer satisfaction BNI SMS Banking service users satisfied with the services provided BNI SMS Banking in the deal although it should be an increase in services and the introduction of more about BNI SMSBanking. Based on the results of the above description can be concluded that the BNI SMS Banking service is very useful for users in both financial and nonfinancial transactions.
