Abstract

This research is a case study at PT. Bank BukopinTbk. Malang entitled "Implementation of the Hajj Savings Product Marketing at PT. Bank Bukopin. Malang ". The purpose of this study to find out How Savings Haji Implementation of Product Marketing at PT. Bank Bukopin. Malang. The type of research is descriptive qualitative, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data, and data collection methods were obtained by interviews, documentation and observation From the obtained results it can be seen that in the pilgrimage market savings products can be done in several ways: by way of face to face, through the media, and through brochures. The advice can be given that the author of Hajj Savings introducing the product to be more efficient so that more and more customers are interested in the products offered by the company.
