This research is a case study at PT. PLN (Persero) UPJ tulungagung titled "Marketing Strategies New Power Installation at PT. PLN (Persero) UPJ Tulungagung ". The purpose of this study to determine the Implementation of Marketing Strategy How to Power New on PT. PLN (Persero) UPJ Tulungagung. The type of research is descriptive qualitative, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data, and data collection methods were obtained by interview and documentation. From the obtained results it can be seen that the new PT market power. PLN (Persero) UPJ Tulungagung using mobile marketing strategy, ie a strategy that went directly to the areas that still do not have electricity. The suggestion that the author should be given higher priority PLN dissemination to villages not only use the car information (mofi) but came straight homes residents so that people understand more about electricity.
