Incentive problems sometimes still often ignored by companies, although in fact the problem of incentives is one of the main ways to improve and maintain the motivation of workers in connection with efforts to increase work productivity. UD. "WIRANTO" a company that produces a wide range of furniture in the building. Problems faced by UD. "WIRANTO" is how that employee productivity can be increased. In an attempt to resolve these problems in the proposed design will work incentives using the method of Rowan's Plan. This is based on the resulting level of efficiency (x) is 1.175 <1.8 and the criteria on the method of Rowan's Plan is the level of efficiency (x) <1.8. With this design, expected results of this study may provide additional information to the company or may be able to help companies to determine the time standards in other parts.
