Abstract

This watchfulness aim is that is to detects employee work satisfaction in unlucky rainbow hotel, to detect employee performance in unlucky rainbow hotel and to detect work satisfaction influence towards employee performance in Hotel Pelangi Malang. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance analysis and simple linear regression analysis. based on watchfulness result and discussion that done so can be pulled conclusion that employee work satisfaction in unlucky rainbow hotel enter in satisfied category, where is the mentioned with scale distance kerage value as big as 266,9. employee performance in unlucky rainbow hotel shows good result, demonstrably with scale distance kerage value as big as 262,33. based on test result f knowable that influential employee work satisfaction significant towards performance in Hotel Pelangi Malang, the mentioned is proved with value fhitung > ftabel (151,299>5,150, with regression coefficient value as big as 0,590. Suggestion that submitted in this watchfulness that is supposed hotel management side can to give support to employees in effort to creat good work condition especially related to effort to creats good work connection delivers employee. in course of give support to management side supposed employees always has given function promotion to employees on the basis of performance that achieved and salary gift wisdom must genuinely creat sense of justice from employee.
