This research is research survey conducted at Surya Alam "Bakery" which is located at Jl. Erlangga No.88, Kanigoro, Kras, Kediri. Surya Alam "Bakery" is engaged in the production of cakes and bread-making with research titles are : Pengaruh Konflik Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada Surya Alam Bakery, Kras – Kab Kediri”. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of conflict in Surya Alam "Bakery" and to know the level of employee productivity at Surya Alam "Bakery". Analysis tools used in this research is by using a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Results Scale analysis shows that the average figures obtained by the scale range of 128.83, which means that the conflict between individuals that occurred in the company's entry in the low category. Based on the calculation of the average range of the variable scale conflict between groups obtained registration number 124 which means that conflicts between groups that occurred in the company included in the low category. Employee productivity calculated the average figures obtained by the scale range of 172 which means that the productivity of employees who happen to employees in Surya Alam "Bakery" Kediri entered in the high category. Based on test results simultaneously and partially proved that the conflict variables, including conflicts between individuals and the conflicts among the groups together and individually have a significant impact on employee productivity. Based on the comparison of regression coefficients of each variable of conflict can be seen that conflicts between groups have more influence on the productivity of employees in the Surya Alam "Bakery. This is evidenced by the conflict between the individual variables that is equal to 0.233 and conflicts between groups of 0.726. Some suggestions are given to companies which are companies are required to handle conflict, thereby increasing productivity levels of employees. Real business that can be done is to immediately reconcile the groups that make the conflict and take a fair policy that does not undermine one of the parties in conflict.
