This research type is descriptive by using approach of survey assisting to compare condition actually with criterion determined before all as well as execute evaluation, with research headline that is “Job Satisfaction Factors Analysis of Employee PT. Bank NTB Branch Praya” This research aim: firstly, to know job satisfaction factors of employee PT. Bank NTB Branch Praya. Second, to know is job satisfaction factors like intrinsic work, salary, supervision, colleague, and working condition is job satisfaction factor of employee at PT. Bank NTB Branch Praya. Third, to know from job satisfaction factors like intrinsic of work, salary, supervision, colleague, and working condition, which of dominant become factor from job satisfaction of employee at PT. Bank NTB Branch Praya. As for research usefulness which wish to be reached especially for company that is serve the purpose of consideration to company about problem relating to job satisfaction. Analyzer applied in the research that is by using factor analysis. From factor analysis result done, can do taken conclusion that there are five satisfaction factors of the employees PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah NTB Branch Praya, where factor obtained from process extraction sums of squared loadings by having cumulative value of factor equal to 66,697%. As for factor firstly covers good same job, number of works and level of salary, second factor that is attention of supervisor and payment schedule of salary. Third factor that is area hygiene, good communications and facility provided, fourth factor about equipments supply and interaction of social. Fifth factor covers behavior of job activity friend and difficult not of work. Satisfaction factor of the employees PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah NTB Branch Praya that is dominant that is by paying attention to value eigenvalue from each factor, where factor having highest eigenvalue value that is first factor covering good same job, number of works and level of salary. Suggestion given to PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah NTB Branch Praya that is, expected the side of bank to maintain the working condition in bank. Expected company to give confession to job result that has do reached by employee, on the chance of can increase job satisfaction in company and expected the side of management of bank always gives pawn to appreciation of job done by employee.
