Eratex Djaja Probolinggo Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and doubled linear regression. scale distance analysis result knowable that welfare program execution be got value as big as 257,5 and employee work well-being as big as 265,25. the result can prove that welfare program execution and production part work well-being in pt. eratex djaja probolinggo enter in good category. based on average scale distance analysis result obtainable number as big as 210,25, thereby can be said that production part employee performance level in pt. eratex djaja probolinggo enter in tall category. based on test result f knowable that welfare program and employee work well-being simultaneously has influence significant towards production part employee performance in pt. eratex djaja probolinggo. based on it influence each variable as a whole visible from regression coefficient each, that is working safety program execution variable (x1) that is as big as 0,506 and work medicare execution (x2) as big as 0,364. so thereby inferential that has larger ones influence towards production part employee performance in pt. eratex djaja probolinggo. Suggestion that given to company that is supposed company for permanent defend on welfare program execution and work well-being and in effort to give guarantee on side supposed work well-being companies always pay attention condition found menyekitar where employees work.
