Learning is a process of attitude and personality development of students through various stages and experiences. In the achievement of targets and the method requires the media as a tool to describe the subject of attitude and personality development of students. Learning method used in accordance with the quantum perspective of learning writing is taught. Teachers can do a combination of methods and equip with the music media as the media writing prose fiction to be interesting. As for the problems to be studied in the research library on the Role of Music in Perspective Quantum Media Teaching and Learning (QTL) for Learning Writing Prose Fiction in High School are (1) What traits and characteristics of learning to write prose fiction in high school? (2) Why does the music can be applied as a medium of learning to write prose fiction in high school through Quantum Teaching and Learning (QTL)? (3) What is the role of music in learning Quantum Media Teaching and Learning (QTL)? (4) What is the procedure of learning to write prose fiction with music media QTL perspective in high school?. Music is a universal language. Music is a language that crosses boundaries of age, gender, race, religion, and nationality. Music comes in all levels of income, social class, educational achievement. With multi-stimulus capital owned music, the music easily accepted by the sense of hearing everyone. Thus music can provide motivation for students in the learning process. In quantum music can be applied as a medium of learning to write prose fiction because music is not only able to help overcome boredom, sadness expel or remove stress, but also an effective means for teachers to build and strengthen ties with students in helping the development of students. In addition, music is one medium that can be used to influence the students in the process of development, including aspects of cognitive ability, reasoning, intelligence, creativity, reading, language, social, behavioral and social interaction. Music stimulates the brain's emotional center, because it has a creative dimension and has a section which is identical to the learning process in general. Music media will work to balance the right brain and left brain that will encourage students to concentrate poured his imagination and inspired to write the story from the lyrics of songs you listen to, and students will be able to write fluently because the music will give you relaxation so that learning becomes interesting and acceptable with feelings of pleasure by the students and teachers.
