Development of RUSUNAWA MUHAMMADIYAH UNIVERSITY OF MALANG with construction of precast system far more profitingly because assessed to be quicker, cheap, and efficient compared to construction of monolith system. For the purpose re-is done planning (redesign) covers precast component that is plate, log, column, and log extension - column. Planning is consisted, one way reinforced concrete plate with dimension 4,20m×2,50m×0,07m is added by overtopping 0,05m, reinforced concrete log for mains log 0,35m×0,40m and log child of 0,30m×0,40m, column dimension 0,40m×0,45m, and extension applied is extension strands with grouting. Quality of steel strands fy=1326Mpa, quality of thread bone BJTD 40, and f'c=K400. Result of calculation analysis, plate with thick 12 cm consisted of precast plate thick 7 cm and overtopping thick 5 cm is used by fundamental bone D5-200 and bone for D4-350, log child and mains log is used by main vein 4D16 and chock 10-200 mm, column is used by bone 6D22 and chock 10-400 mm. Extension applied, for column strands 22 long mm 920 mm, for log 4D16 channeling lengths of 400 mm. Extension in grouting applies Masterflow-95 at column and cast to be local at log - plate.
