Abstract
Human resource play a part very important in each every company, because on-hand they are the continue of corporate activity depended. One of matter which require to be paid attention by company to reach the target of company cannot only asking for obligation accomplishment of its worker. however also have to pay attention the rights all its worker pertinent through giving motivate. With the existence of given motivation, employees will be more be impetous to work. One of duty which must be conducted by a leader to improve the satisfaction work by motivating employees. With reference to the situation, in this research writer take the title " Influence Motivate To Satisfaction Work The Employees of Part Of Field In PT. Bunga Wangsa Sejati Jawa Timur Park Batu" This research represent the research type having the character of survey that is research taking sample from an population and use the quesioner as a means of data collecting. In this research the writer specify the hypothesis, that is Anticipated a motivation consisted by the factor of motivator and factor hygiene have an effect on by significan to satisfaction work the employees part of field of PT. Real Dynasty Flower of Jatim Park Stone. and anticipated by factor hygien have an effect on stronger to satisfaction work the employees part of field PT. Real Dynasty Flower of Jatim Park Stone. Pursuant to the research result inferential as follows. 1. Influence by simultan every free variable to satisfaction work conducted by a examination by F-Test. From result analyse the obtained by doubled linear regresi F value calculate equal to 25,909, while F [is tables at level significan 0,05 showing value of equal to 3,195. the mentioned, meaning free variable have the influence which significan by simultan to satisfaction work. Inferential so that that examination to hypothesis expressing that there is its influence simultaneously (free simultan) variable to acceptable job satisfaction variable 2. From result analyse the obtained by doubled linear regresi of statistical value of T of variable of motivator factor of equal to 3,202, factor hygiene equal to 3,873 while T is tables of level significan 0,05 showing value equal to 2,012
