ABSTRACT In going concern industry, social capital represent one of resource able to be used in development of industry. One of trigger for growing of social capital in industry is trust, norm and network exist in industry. Trust, norm and network PT. PJB UP Paiton later then form feel is trust for colleague to share ideas, there is good network with others employees discourse able to create cooperation and togetherness so thet influence of efficiency and efectivity employees in working. PT. PJB UP Paiton as peripatetic good and service industries is electric area represent one of managed industry pursuant to familiarity elements placing forward togetherness and cooperation in management of industry. As for this research internal issue formula is : How correlation of social capital with working productivity of employees in PT. PJB UP Paiton and becoming the target of this research is found significant correlation of social capital with working productivity of employees in PT. PJB UP Paiton. Research in PT. this represent research type quantitative with correlational descriptive using survey. With existence of this research is expected by researcher have more facility in compiling, description and analize result of questioner in top noteby objective. Inthis research, researcher can get data is matching with the one which expected by the researcher. And becoming this research subject is employees and head with research focus in correlation social capital with Working productivity of employees in PT. PJB UP Paiton. This research use questioner with 41 question item, to trial a correlation of variabel using product moment tahat found 22 item valid show positive correlation between social capital with working productivity employees in amount 53,7 % in other side 19 item is not valid iy’s show negative correlation between social capital with working productivity employees in amount 46,3 %. To summarize there is positive correlation between social capital with working productivity employees in amount 7,4 %. Like quantitative research, there is a hipotesa to submit in this research that “there is correlation between social capital with working productivity employees”. Resul of this research obtain significan value 0,00 it mean significan value 0,00 more less than signofican level ( ) finally refuse Ho in this research and accept hipotesa of this research. Concusion teoritical discusscion of rasional choice theory, social capital as alternative tool for the goals of company, social capital manisfestated in trust for share ideas between employees, informal norms which arrange relation between employees and finally able to live harmonious, and employees network make good relation. Structuration theory has link with rasional choice theory, which social capital as structure able to remain in PT. PJB area make something everlasting social practice of social capital, it mean social capital as rasional choice of employees give positive effect to working productivity so it become structure in social live.
