Abstract

Loyality Member an organization of vital importance in taking care of the continuity of work and organization itself. continuity of work depend on and performance of loyality worker. A police have to run duty and his authority as well as possible according to position or his rank each and have to justify it to its superior. A police also have to obey and have loyality to him superior which have higher rank or position of him. Existence of police in the middle of society become of vital importance, society and police represent very inseparable and hand in glove simbiosa, police made by peer figure. So that all police gesture always become society focus. Society put big expectation to police as closed friend capable to give protection, service and protection. In this case used quantitative descriptive research to know how loyalitas work polisi. By consequence analysis technique which is used in this research is descriptive statistic which use T-Score. While data collecting method in this research is by using scale. As for and population of sampel in this research is Regional Police member of Metropolis of Surabaya. While amount of Heroic 22 member people population of 278 Petty officer people member and of sampel this research is 44 people. Pursuant to result of done/conducted analysis, can be concluded that loyality work heroic police In a good position in high Polwiltabes Surabaya counted 72,7%, and low counted 27,3%. While loyalitas work police in a good position high Petty officer counted 63,6%, and low counted 36,4. Therefore can be concluded that police in Set Of Regional Samapta Police of Metropolis have high Job Loyality.
