Abstract

The title of this study is ”Influence of Motivation to Employee Performane in PT. PLN (Persero) APJ of Malang”, this is survey research. The goal of this study is to know manner to motivation giving in firm and to know employee performance, beside that to know influence of motivation giving application to employee performance. The hypothesis is supposed that there are significant influence among motivation to employee performance. Based on the scale range, total count of score mean to motivation variable is 216, by high category, it mean that motivation giving is good, while the total of score mean of performance variable is 214, by high category, it mean that employee performance is good. Based on the calculation result of F-test, it may be known that F-test > F table (20,034 > 2,79) then it may be taken conclusion that simultaneously, motivation variable give significant influence to employee performance and need variable will have dominant influence to employee performance.
