Abstract

The problem faced by PDAM staff, the recording of customer data is done manually from house to house, and still have to go back to the office to record meter input data to the server. Applications that want to be made, of course applications that make it easier and very likely will be held by all staff of meter readers. Application will be made with a mobile base using QR Code technology to replace existing barcodes. Why QR Code? Because the QR Code is a kind of barcode 2 Dimension that contains more data than barcodes, and only use cell phone camera to scan it. Customer data is entered using the entry Scan Mobile QR Code and data to dynamic data or changeable. Input data is then sent to the server via GPRS HTP, save to the database. Counting applications on the server takes all the data sent, count them and store the calculation results to the database again.
