VoIP is a communication technology that utilizes the Internet media to transmit information. The protocols used are SIP protocol which is issued by the IETF. To establish VoIP communication on the network in need VoIP server. In this final will be a VoIP server implementation using asterisk server, with IP-PBX base. MOS values obtained at 2 to 711 codec Ulaw a one-way, 4 for iLBC codec direct calls and 2 for the G 711 codec conference call. This decision is based on a delay value of 218.407 s for the G 711 codec Ulaw and 58.933 ms for iLBC codec, jitter of 4.64 ms for the codec G711 Ulaw and 14607.48 ms for iLBC codec, the packet loss for both codec's the same, almost all data can be sent all, throughput for the G 711 codec is a law amounted to 0.374 Mbit / sec and for iLBC codec for 0.049 Mbit / sec and for bandwidth each - each codec is a codec of 9.844 G 711 Kb to a law and 1.664 Kb for codec iLBC. From the results of this study are expected to provide information on how the application of VoIP services at the University of Malang and what parameters need to observe the quality of sound produced when passing through the server.
