Finance service industry is an industry that moves in giving financial service, the foundation of finance industry is because the need of society on financial in relation with the complicated procedure of financial lending that is given to society by banks. PT. Para Multifinance Kota Malang or is called as Para Finance is an institution of financial to finance costumer in relation with doubling goods based on the need of customer with installment payment, it is motorcycle, because the existence of this need there is created the relation between customer with company that emerge social capita. The purpose of social modal is profitable for each other, but the motorcycle pawning conducted by customer leads to the decrement of function from the social capital. To view the social capital on finance service industry, the researcher formulate problems; it is how social capital in finance services industry related to the existence of motorcycle pawning in the business of PT. Para Multifinance Malang. This study is qualitative study by analysis of qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this study is PT. Para Multifinance Kota Malang, yakni Branch Manager (Brand chairman), Collector (debt collector), Credit Marketing Officer (customer survey), Remedial Head (motorcycle withdrawal), Broker, and Costumer. Data collection technique is interview, observation and documentation. Theory that is used in this study is The Logic of Practice Pierre Bourdieu that inside of this theory uses social capital concept. Social capital includes the correlation and net correlation that is the source that is useful in determining and status reproduction - social level. The more net had by agent then will influence the position of structure correlation between agency in social reality, but before having practice, in structure and agents there are a complex process; it is habit and domain, while inside the domain there is capital; it is social capital. Correlation and net had by Para Finance more dominant than customer so that it influences social structure of higher Para Finance than customer, the most important net had by Para Finance correlated to the existence of motorcycle pawning is work net by backing informal (law enforcer apparatus). Net in backing informal (law enforcer apparatus) is used by Para Finance to find the customer and pawned motorcycle. Motorcycle pawning is a trespass norm; it is treaty of payment. It emerges negative sanction; it is the use of letter of authority to withdraw the vehicle that finally conducts the practice of "jabel" (forced withdrawal) on customer. By the concept of social modal in the perspective of Pierre Bourdieu The Logic Of Practice, then there is found in Para Finance that there is the saving of social modal; it is more networks had, so that it influences the structure correlation above the customer, in relation with motorcycle pawning conducted by customer that finally emerge the practice of jabel (forced withdrawal). It is because of the power of net that is used by social capital had by Para Finance that is more dominant than the customer.
