Abstract

The purposes of this study is describing teachers’ strategy in TK Aisiyah Bustanul Athfal Waru Pamekasan in embodying engraftment of akhlak for students and describing the result of teachers’ strategy toward the change of students akhlak in TK Aisiyah Busthanul Athfal Waru Pamekasan This study uses qualitative approach by case study method. The traits and characteristics of this study are naturalistic, field study and descriptive. The source of data that is used by the researcher here is informants including the head master, teachers in TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Waru­Pamekasan. TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Waru­Pamekasan is chosen as the subject based on the background of the problems generally; they are the condition of most students that is not stable when accepting the material. Technique for collecting data is conducted by observation, interview, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis by using interactive model includes (1)data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion. From the result of analysis, it can be obtained the findings as follows: 1. Teachers’ strategy in engrafting akhlakul karimah on students is implementing examples and habitation in daily learning activity in school by materials. 2. The result of teachers’ strategy toward the change of students. Students in academically of non academically, hopefully can memorize prayers, Qur’an verses and applied in daily life.
