Abstract

Teachers are expected to create a condition and strategy that can make learn ers comfortable in teaching learning process. Some model of learning that can be used are Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Numbered Heads Together (NHT). The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Numbered Heads Together (NHT), teacher activity, student activity, result study of student, and student creativity. There are two approach use in this research. Those are qualitative and quantitative approach. This research conducted in SMP Tamansiswa Malang for the secon semester year 2013/ 2014 on January 27th 2014-february 14th 2014. The object of this study is secon grae of students in E class which are consist of 42 students at SMP Tamansiswa Malang. The target that will become as research subjects are teacher activity, student activity, result study of student an student creativity in doing those model of learning, that are Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Numbered Head Together (NHT). The result of this study showed that (1) The implementation of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Numbered Heads Together (NHT) at SMP Tamansiswa Malang had been done base on RPP. The teacher activities consist of three aspects that are pre activities, whilst activities and post activities. Learning activities in the second meeting, third meeting, and fourth meeting were acquired from categorize good level to excellent level. (2) Student activities consist of some aspects. Those are activities visual, oral, listening, and writing. They were good because of significant increasing in every meeting. (3) Result study of student consist of pre test quiz I, quiz II, quiz III, and post test. The average of pre test was 23,92%, quiz I 75,81%, quiz II 80,81%, quiz III 84,70%, and post test 85,47%. Result study of student which achieve the completeness classically was 90,47% so it can be completed. (4) Student creativity consist of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Student creativity got 79,16% score in good category.
