Abstract

Wind turbine is a means o converting kinetic wind energy into mechanical energy to turn electric generators. Wind turbines are one of the electrical renewable alternatives energy generating, which is unlimited supply. By using the principle of energy conversion, wind turbines can produce electrical energy that is cheap and environmentally friendly. One cause of the high cost of electricity from wind power is because the high price of components such as the towers. The types of present wind turbine tower that is mostly a permanent type, it is because the power generated by wind turbines is relatively large, but it also on the existing tower on the market in the assembly still takes a long time. In this way, we tried to design and create knock down towers as an alternative selection for wind turbine towers as street lighting. Knock-down allows provides many benefits to users, one of them are simplifying the maintenance and knock down detached usage simplify the assembly to be more practical so it don’t takes a long time. The research of this study is to know how to make system three feed of tower knock down. It is to get the design prototype system three feed of tower knock down. And the result of this system three feed of tower knock down is to get design the technical of tower knock down and also prototype of tower knock down with high tower specification 5,8 m, tower is divided into 6 sections with a length of 2 m and 1,8 m.
