Abstract

This study aims to : Develop instructional media using Macromedia Flash 8 based flip book. The development of instructional media performed with several stages, namely : (a) Study on Macromedia Flash 8 , (b) Analysis of the needs of the field, (c) Assessment of matter and matter, the assessment of media makers , and the assessment of the use of the media, (d) The collection of design objects, (e) Preparation Phase, (f) Testing, (g) Validation Expert, (h) Tests on students and teachers. Determination of the feasibility of multimedia based instructional media based on test validation and testing experts to students and teachers through questionnaires. Subject trial this product is grade 2 teachers and students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangil. The number of subjects as a whole are 15 people with the details of 10 students and 5 teachers. The results showed that the feasibility of multimedia based instructional media experts expressed through testing and student opinion. Percentage achieved by expert teachers do matter SMPN1 Bangil Mathematics by 95 % means that the material functions in the category of decent. Percentage was achieved by 97.5 % of media experts could mean that instructional media using Macromedia flash 8 in the category deserves. The results of the percentage of students at 87.2 % is said to be worth as a medium of learning and the results of the percentage of 96.1 % of teachers are very suitable to be used in instructional media.
